Loading: distribute goods evenly inside the cage, place heavy items at the bottom and avoid piling high on one side; do not exceed the rated load, and keep sharp corners from pressing against the mesh, which can cause local bulging or piercing.

Handling: align the forklift tines with the fork channels and insert slowly, lift and set down level, avoid diagonal insertion or abrupt raising and lowering; when stacking, make sure the stacking feet of upper and lower cages align before lowering to prevent offset tipping.

Storage: keep warehouse cages indoors or under shelter as much as possible; galvanized cages left long-term in workshops with heavy acid-alkaline fumes will develop white rust on the surface—wipe with a dry cloth and keep ventilated; touch up chipped powder-coated cages promptly to prevent rust from spreading.

Folding and casters: clean and lightly lubricate the hinges and door latches of foldable cages regularly; never force them when they stick; inspect caster bearings and fasteners regularly, and replace them promptly if you hear abnormal noise or feel looseness to avoid failures under full load.

Periodic inspection matters: each quarter, spot-check the welds of posts and base plate, check stacking feet for cracks or deformation, and confirm door latches close reliably; send cages back for repair as soon as structural issues are found, eliminating hidden dangers before an overloading accident occurs.
