Common standard specs: A-3 (800×600×640mm, 700kg), A-5 (1000×800×840mm, 1000kg), A-7 (1200×1000×890mm, 1200kg); mesh 50×50mm, wire 5.7mm; non-standard sizes customizable.
If you have many empty cages and return trips, choose folding (empty cages fold flat); for full vertical storage choose stackable (multi-layer, sturdy). A universal fold-and-stack version is also available.
Galvanized is corrosion-resistant for damp and general industrial settings; powder-coated has a uniform attractive color, is wear- and rust-resistant, and suits modern visual/zone management. Both are customizable.
Caster cages (2 swivel + 2 brake) suit frequent manual pushing in the workshop; tow-hitch cages chain together behind a tractor for bulk shuttling between warehouse and workshop.
Yes. L/W/H, wire diameter, mesh, per-cage load and surface treatment can all be customized by material size, handling and environment; bulk orders can sample first, then produce.
A butterfly cage usually means a folding cage with side panels that fold down flat when empty; standard cages have fixed or detachable panels. For high-volume, high-frequency turnover, the butterfly saves more space.
The Meigu cage emphasizes post and base-frame rigidity, suiting heavy stacking, long-term storage and frequent forklift work; its load capacity is more dependable than standard mesh cages.
Powder-coat color is customizable; common colors include industrial blue, gray, white, green and orange-red; customer name or logo can be printed, suiting buyers wanting uniform appearance and management colors.
Rack cages can have hooks or angle brackets on the base or posts to hang/stack on rack beams, easing storage and picking on racks while saving floor space.
A caged door suits items that must not fall or scatter — small parts, rolling items and valuable parts — and the door can be locked for control.
For small parts, powders or scratch protection, choose the enclosed hollow-board cage; for large/heavy items or open visual management, choose wire mesh. They can also be mixed by scenario.
Stackable cages have stacking feet at the four bottom corners; forklifts enter through the channels. For heavy stacking, use thicker feet and a reinforced base, inserting smoothly from the channel bottom.
