By structure, warehouse cages mainly come in folding and fixed-stacking types, solving different problems: folding focuses on compact empty-cage return, stacking focuses on heavy fixed storage.

Folding cages let the side panels and base fold toward the center, sharply cutting empty volume. They suit batch turnover, empty-return or transfer between sites, and can be pushed on casters, reducing empty occupying space.

Fixed-stacking cages have stacking feet and locating structures at the four corners so cages stack stably on one another, with concentrated load and firm stacking, ideal for warehouses needing long-term fixed multi-layer storage.

Choose mainly by logistics mode: for frequent turnover between processes with empty cages returned, pick folding; for fixed multi-layer storage that stays put, pick stacking; where both run, combine them in proportion.

Nanjing Tongnuo (Xintongnuo) designs folding and stacking structures by application: folding cages offer high empty-nest stacking, stacking cages stack firmly, both can be fitted with fork pockets and casters. The 9,000 m² factory supports made-to-order.
